I think the battery life is really nice and easy (intuitive) to use but speakers just don't get loud enough

very good quality item, software with Mozaic not user friendly and much more difficult to use than previous muvo software, won't play mp3 files for more than a minute with the mozaic plugged in, TECH/CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELP BY EMAIL IS SO BAD IT DEFIES DESCRIPTION, the non American email support was not able to understand or provide solution or reason for the issue of FREEZING UP every few minutes, so THE UNIT WAS RETURNED....THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT CREATIVE IN THE USA (or to buy from them).

This was not the right product for my mp3 creative labs player. I did not see anywhere in the purchase of this that it was for a specific mp3 player and it gave no dementions. Live and Learn

Both the sound quality and volume are not as good as Sony SRS-T57. But this unit is more compact due to battery type. I am disappointed. To be a travel MP3 player, the Zen Mozaic, the external battery, such as MiLi 2000 mAh or the CPPower CP506 5000 mAh are good solutions. But, I fail to find a pair of good quality and compact speakers. Dino Direct boast to carry some such speakers but they seems to be NOT trust worthy ?

Although my Zen Mosaic has the speaker function, I wanted this to have better (& louder) sound esp. when I'm travelling. The sound quality is great whether I have it on low volume or turned up on high volume. Excellent travel companion for those of us who need our music all the time!
