 Does Not Correctly "Work with iPhone" July 27, 2010

This Logitech device will shut off after 15 minutes when listening to music (Pandora, Rhapsody, XM Radio) on your iPhone. It works fine when using the iPhone iPod, but not with anything else. I was promised a new device with a 4-hour shut off, but it still shuts off after 15 minutes. Basically, the thing doesn't work as advertised. Don't buy if you plan to use it with your iPhone while not plugged in - unless you don't mind turning the thing on again every 15 minutes. Hope this helps.

I bought 2 of these last christmas and both stopped working within 7 months. On one, the dock stopped working and we had to use the wired hookup to connect it and the sound was horrible. The other just stopped working one day, no warning, no dropping, didn't work on battery, AC...nothing. They are nice in that you can control the volume with the ipod wheel but it doesn't stand up on every surface and when you pick it up with the ipod in it, you have to be careful not to push the stand in the back into the ipod and dock area. Not worth it for us. I have two older logitech Pure-Fi Anywheres that we have had for going on 3 years that still work great. Getting two more of those now...

Firstly, let me start by saying this is a great product. It works great with iPod, iPod Touch, etc. Also works great if you're using an iPhone to play music with the iPod app. But if you use 3G to stream Pandora, the 3G radio doesn't cause interference, but causes the entire unit to shut off after only a few minutes. I've gotten 3 replacements from Logitech and they all still have the same problem. I got this speaker dock specifically so I could take it on picnic or poolside, and it's useless because I have to keep getting out to turn it back on....sometimes not even 1 song has played.

I bought this ipod player to bring camping with me. It has worked great and the battery life is longer than the packaging states. I would recommend this product to anyone!

I have Logitech laptop usb powered speakers,and they have enough bass to rattle across a desk. So naturally I was drawn to this. I assummed this would be even better, but I was quickly dissapointed. Sound quality is good,only about 12 inches wide, so very portable. But absolutely no bass!! I have not tried the battery yet, but seems like a good feature. I also bought a Klipsch sxt ipod dock and was blown away by the bass. DO SOME RESEARCH, GET THE KLIPSCH, I PAID THE SAME AMOUNT!
