Worked fine on power supply. Never worked using battery after several attempts to charge it. This model may have been on the shelf too long and the Lithium Ion battery became too low to charge. Returned for refund.
 Does not charge Nano Gen 4 and later, or Touch, or iPhone December 23, 2009

I bought this unit many years ago. Sound quality is OK. The only thing that it does not charge my new iPod Nano and iPod Touch. It still plays the sound, though.

OMG - very nice in White. The sound with the surround option is amazing. So much music from a small space. It makes me love my iPod Touch even that much more. Portable - I have gotten upto 6 hours on high volume. Music on the go without a plug, it is truely amazing! Everyone should have one.

This speaker system is great for traveling, has exceptional sound quality, and was recommended to us by a friend who does alot of research on everything before buying. I loved the case that makes it so easy to pack it no matter where you're heading. Once the rechargeable battery is dead, it cannot be replaced and is not as portable - only disadvantage. Liked the fact that it recharges the iphone while you're playing it. Makes a great gift too.
