Bought as a gift for my sister, she loves it. Sounds is great, she said the remote actually runs her ipod and has a handy holder for it in the back.

I'm not sure what happened, but it worked when I first turned it on. Then I hooked up my MP3 player and it didn't work anymore. I returned it the next day and still haven't gotten one. But it was an excellent size and was exactly what I was looking for. I wish it has specified that it wasn't for MP3, I had to buy a cable to hook it up.

I should have saved my money and just gotten speakers! The FM is a joke. You cannot set the station or even know what station you are on. A friend got just speakers for her IPOD at Wal-Mart for 25.00 and said the sound was so great she got two more for her kid's IPODS. Mine came with some plastic pieces to clip in depending on the size of your IPOD, but I was unable to get the one that fit my IPOD to snap in. Fortunately, I can just plug my IPOD on the IPOD connector and the speakers work fine. I would recommend either spending the money to buy a better FM/IPOD player or just buying speakers.

I bought this ipod dock to replace my old one that had half of the speakers not working and not being compatible with my ipod touch 2G. This dock looked promising so i decided to purchase it. I can confirm that this is compatible with the ipod touch 2G. This dock was a little smaller than expected, but does just fine. The sound quality is pretty good, but if you have a bad quality mp3, it will sound even worse on this. The remote control is small, and does what it has to. The biggest disappointment of this product is the FM radio. It's blind. You scan random stations not even knowing where you are. And if you tap on the dock while in radio mode, it changes stations not knowing where it went. Also I must point out that you can't tune the radio with the remote control. The best part of the radio is the antenna which is fairly good. Overall this is a good ipod dock. If you want this also for the radio, look for something with an led display.
Pros: Good quality sound
Remote Control does what it has to (except tune radio)
Compatible with most ipods
Cons: Really bad radio control
