The only negative is the battery life which is a little over an hour at max volume. Otherwise, great product for the price! Perfect for trips with your friends when you need some music in the hotel room while everyone's hangin out.

Ok, first i'll talk about the sound quality, it is preety great for it to be so small, its about the size of a golf ball, but don't let the size fool you, it could be a bit louder but its decent overal, one of my problems with it though is, while it does give pretty could bass, for some of the applications on my phone i would have liked it to be better, but for regular music and stuff i can't really complain, secondly the shipping, the shipping time was good but, there was a crack in my speaker case, not the actuall speaker itself but the holding case which made me kinda annoyed, this may not have been the company's fault, mabey the mail man fell or something, lol, i don't know, probably the biggest thing i don't like about the speakers is the lenght of the cord, it can really be annoying, i just measured it with a ruler like 5 seconds ago and its like 3 and a half inches long, on my phone i like to play games and it can be really annoying but i can handle it i guess, now the biggest plus on this which basically is the deal maker for me, (not including the not bad price), is the rechargable feature, when u buy something that takes batteries, the value can go from 15 dollars to 20, 25, 30, .... 50 .... 70, over time batteries can really pile up, but the value stays at 15 dollars since you can charge it unlike alot of other portable speakers which makes it a preety good buy, so if they added a little more bass and extended the cord it would really be a steal, but its already good enough for me.

Very compact when closed , has nice sound ( respectable mix of volume and clarity ), and holds a charge for a very long time so I seldom have to have more than the small mini plug connected. I bought it to amplify the extremely weak sound on my netbook when streaming Movies or Ball games and in that regard it does extremely well. I noticed a negative review on the sound quality and have to chime in ... It's a $15 net book /MP3 speaker not a BOSE system that costs several Hundred!!! It does it's job very well.
**** If your an audiophile who is going to dissect each and every note then you are looking in the wrong place... Everyone else, go ahead and slap down your $15 because you wont find a better deal!

The veoh360 provides adequate sound quality with little to no distortion. I've never used it for more than 1/2 hour at a time, but I've been able to use it several times without recharging for days. The sound becomes snowy/distorted when recharging is needed. After recharging, the sound clarity returns. It takes less than 30 minutes to recharge. I am happy with this purchase. Purchased June 2010 for use with Sandisk Sansa Fuze player.
